Welcome to the Saginaw Community Foundation
The Saginaw Community Foundation is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to improving the quality of life in Saginaw County. SCF is a unique institution. It is a permanent, yet flexible, collection of endowment funds contributed by people from all walks of life who want to give something back. The principal of these funds remain intact forever, with the income generated annually invested back into the community in the form of grants that tackle today's needs and prepare for tomorrow's challenges.
