WELCOME TO THE SAGINAW COMMUNITY FOUNDATION The Saginaw Community Foundation is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to improving the quality of life in Saginaw County. SCF is a unique institution. It is a permanent, yet flexible, collection of endowment funds contributed by people from all walks of life who want to give something back.
