Heroes for Kids Golf Outing

Michigan State football icon Clifton Ryan and University of Michigan football legend LaMarr Woodley credit much of their success to youth recreation programs that were instrumental in keeping both of them off the streets and on the right track to academic and athletic success. Ryan and Woodley want nothing less for today's youth. In just three short years, Heroes for Kids supporters have helped raise more than $150,000 in youth recreation funding.

These funds have allowed the length of youth recreation programs to be extended each summer. Without this funding, these programs would be forced to shorten their hours and days of operation. A portion of the funds raised are directed annually into an endowment for summer youth recreation at the Saginaw Community Foundation.
