The Dr. Brian D. Kubczak Memorial Scholarship was established in 2000 by Brian’s family and friends. A lifelong resident of Saginaw Township, he graduated in 1991 from Heritage High School. He attended Central Michigan University for three years majoring in Chemistry. He later transferred to the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois earning a Bachelor of Science degree as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Brian graduated summa cum laude, ranking third in his class. In August, 1998 he opened his practice, Saginaw Chiropractic and Wellness Center.

In his short time there, Brian touched the lives of so many. His patients held him in high regard for his caring nature, his patience, and his true commitment to helping others. He also made a lasting impact on his friends and was admired by many as someone who would always be there with a smile and an open mind.

Of all accomplishments and credits, the one thing he valued most was the love of his family. His parents William and Constance, his brother Christopher, sister Betsy along with his niece Avarie and nephews Carson and Carter hope to continue Brian’s legacy by funding scholarships to bring students one step closer to achieving their dreams.
