Senior Citizens Enrichment Fund
The Senior Citizens Enrichment Fund was created to assist programs supporting charitable purposes that benefit the elderly in Saginaw County. Priority is placed on programs and projects that enhance the quality of life for those seniors maintaining an independent residence.
