The Robert E. and Martin H. Stark Scholarship was established in 2003 to further educational opportunity and the general well-being of the Saginaw area.   Robert E. Stark was a native of Saginaw and graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1937. A Saginaw businessman, attorney and civil rights support he died in 1976.
