Emma Jean Frierson was born August 17, 1935 in Blytheville, Ark. Emma was one of eight children born to Robert and Elizabeth Woods. She attended Saginaw Public Schools and graduated from Saginaw High School. Emma was married to the love of her life Harry Frierson, Jr. Together they raised three children – Ron Frierson, Bruce

Beverly Elaine (McKellar) Hendricks was born on March 2, 1937 in Saginaw, Mich. and graduated from Saginaw High School in 1955. She went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Central Michigan University, and a Nursing degree from Delta College. In 1961, Beverly married Herman J. Hendricks at Sheridan Avenue Methodist Church in Saginaw.

David and Connie Smith were married for more than 30 years and had resided in Bridgeport, Mich. since the late 1980s. Together they had eight children (six boys and two girls).
