Michigan Sugar Company Employee ScholarshipThe Michigan Sugar Company Employee Scholarship was established in 2014 to support and honor our 1,500+ employees and their families. The need to acquire additional skills after high school, be it vocational school or college, is extremely important. Through this scholarship, Michigan Sugar Company hopes to show its commitment to continuing education while encouraging family members of our employees to achieve post-high school education. One scholarship will be awarded to a son/daughter or grandson/granddaughter of employees from each of our factory locations. Also, one additional scholarship will be presented to a relative of our other four locations (Corporate, Carrollton, Fremont and Findlay).

The sugar industry is a major economic contributor in Bay City, Caro, Croswell and Sebewaing and this scholarship will help support those towns for many years.
