United Advisory Scholarship Commission Scholarship – E.C.Fisher Scholarship

In 1926, Margaret Fisher established a scholarship with the United Advisory Scholarship Commission in 1926 in the name of her late husband, E.C.Fisher, a former member of the Saginaw Board of Education. Mr. Fisher received a Mechanical Engineering degree from Cornell University. To honor Mr. Fisher’s great interest in engineering, this scholarship will assist a graduating senior from any high school in the City of Saginaw pursuing a degree in engineering.

 

 
 

Qualifications

● Graduating senior from a Saginaw Public School
● Pursuing a degree in Engineering
● Must reside in the Saginaw Public School District
● Full-time enrollment     

 
 

Evaluation Criteria

Scholastic record; financial need; overall involvement in community, school and work activities.
