The William and Cordula Freese Scholarship was created in 1982 to assist students with visual or physical handicaps. William Freese, who was visually handicapped, and his wife Cordula, created a living trust to assist handicapped students obtain a college education.

 

 

  
 

 Qualifications

● Graduating high school senior or enrolled college student
● Saginaw County resident
● Visually or otherwise physically handicapped
● Full-time enrollment

 

 

 

Evaluation Criteria

Scholastic record; financial need; overall involvement in community, school and work activities.
