Lee Arthur Sr., was a devoted and dedicated member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, an educator with the Saginaw Public School System and head coach of girls’ softball and volleyball teams at Saginaw High School. Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity makes this scholarship available to a female graduate from Saginaw High School who participated in softball and/or volleyball during her high school career and maintained the required 3.0 GPA.
